We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the International Conference on Tobacco Prevention and Control – ICTPC’13.
Terms & Conditions
Please read cancellation and refund policy below. Your registration will indicate your acceptance to these terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat.
If notification is received by September 7, a refund of 75% will be made.
If notification is received between September 8 - October 23 a refund of 50% will be made.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made after October 24.
Cancellation charges and administration fees will be incurred and payment will be sought regardless of whether your attendance costs have been paid at the time of your cancellation.
Cancellations received after October 24 will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail, and any such refund is solely at the discretion of the organizers.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to Conference Secretariat and with a reference to a bank account, including the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. Any bank charges incurred through refund will be charged to the participant.
All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place.
Registration policy
Since this conference is not open to any individual associated with the tobacco industry, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to revoke the registration at any time of anyone who, in the committee’s opinion, is associated with the tobacco industry.
